It looks like I have been given a building myself, along with the necessary documents of ownership. It came equipped with technology I'm most familiar with from my own world, though lacking an important core that I belief is disadvantageous to the Landlord.
About how long was the span of time between desiring for this building and its appearance, if want itself was a factor at all? Is this technology ahead of that found in 2012, or of a differing engineering standard altogether? Is it possible to build this core with raw materials provided?

I am really really sincerely sorry for what i said. yes it was in extremely poor taste as i realize now and i shouldn't have said it especially to an anonymous person even if it was meant as a joke. because there are probably some crazies out there who'd take it seriously.

To do so for the businesses, either of you must wish for a new kind of business to appear in a certain gate. Then, mark out the potential spots where this business might appear. Finally, you must keep vigil there until it appears. Similarly, houses tend to appear towards the beginning of each new month and are arranged on the empty, latter plots of the neighborhood.
I expect a complete report on both the "how" of appearances of new businesses and houses within the next four weeks.

Um, anyways, she blamed my sister and is making her pay for the damages, and I volunteered myself to help, but I don't think the two of us can make that much money any time soon... plus, my sister isn't even old enough to get a job.
If it isn't too much trouble, can you talk to Hinanawi-san about it? I think it's unfair for her to make my sister take responsibility but I can't really argue with her...
