[incoming report!!] The buildings just appear out of nowhere.

i'm not kidding i was sitting by the lake and the shop and boats just suddenly appeared.

not so sure if i blinked when it happened but that's it. There wasn't even any construction or noise or anything. Maybe the celestial saw something different.
